Terms
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you may do so at no charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $99 cancellation fee. If our photographer arrives on site and is unable to access the property or safely proceed with the job (e.g., due to unsecured animals or locked access), they will attempt to contact the client and wait up to 15 minutes for the issue to be resolved. If the situation cannot be resolved within that time, the appointment will be considered canceled, incurring the cancellation fee.
Weather Policy: While California’s weather is typically cooperative, occasional severe conditions may impact our ability to complete a shoot as scheduled. In such cases, we allow rescheduling at no additional cost—even if notice is given within the 24-hour window.
Travel Fee: Our system is set to accept projects within our standard coverage areas. For jobs located outside these areas, an additional travel fee will apply to account for extended driving time and fuel costs: $99 for locations between 30–50 miles, and $149 for locations over 50 miles. Turnaround: We make every effort to deliver all marketing materials within 2 business days after the shoot. However, please note that this turnaround is not guaranteed. On rare occasions—particularly for larger properties or more complex projects—post-production may take slightly longer.
3D Virtual Tours: Due to the limitations of 3D camera technology, extremely bright exterior lighting can interfere with scanning. In such cases, only interior areas can be captured in the 3D Virtual Tour. For exteriors, we provide 360-degree snapshots, which are added separately and can still be viewed within the Matterport Virtual Tour experience. On rare occasions—such as overcast days, shaded areas, or during sunrise/sunset—it may be possible to include portions of the exterior in the actual 3D tour path. However, this is not guaranteed and depends on lighting conditions at the time of the shoot. Additionally, detached structures such as garages, backyard sheds, guesthouses, or separate units cannot be connected to the main 3D tour path. These will be included as 360-degree photos in the highlight reel. If a client prefers a full 3D Virtual Tour (rather than 360 photos) for these detached areas, a separate 3D scan will be created, which will incur additional service fees.
3D Virtual Tour Hosting Policy: For Residential Real Estate properties, 3D Virtual Tours include 6 months of free hosting from the delivery date. For Commercial Real Estate and Special Projects, we offer 1 year of free hosting. At the end of the included hosting period, the tour links will become inactive and no longer viewable online. Clients may choose to extend hosting by selecting one of the following renewal options: $99 for an additional 6 months / $149 for an additional 12 months
